Delivery Driver Job Description

We are looking for talented and motivated people to join both our Brookhaven and Chastain locations, as this position will be working out of both locations. This is not your typical fast-food job, joining our team means you will have the opportunity to work closely with a fun, happy and energetic leadership team who are personally vested in your success. This position is different from a typical Chick-fil-A team member in that a driver’s primary objective is to provide quick, efficient, and guest-centered deliveries throughout their shift. This, like all restaurant positions, is based on providing memorable guest experiences.  A smart phone is also required because a delivery app and functioning GPS are necessary when assigning, accepting, and locating deliveries. During down periods drivers are expected to supplement their duties by stocking, cleaning, and performing other tasks assigned by the shift manager. All candidates must be able to stand/drive for extended periods.

We provide a fleet car for you to drive.

Position Type:

• Delivery Driver- Chastain and Brookhaven locations

• All Shifts between 6am-10pm

• Part time (15-30 hours)

• Full Time (35-40 hours)

 Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older and have a valid Driver's License 

• Available to work 30+ hours a week. Monday-Saturday (We are closed on Sunday)

• All Shifts available

• Morning Shift: Morning until 2pm

• Mid Shift: 2pm-6pm

• Night Shift: 6pm-9pm

• Flourish in fast paced environment 

• Open availability is a plus

• Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace

• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic

• Positive attitude

Responsibilities:

• Willingness to assist the team when needed

• Ability to multi-task and take initiative

• Manage product quality and product consistency throughout delivery process

• Assist leadership in executing Chick-fil-A delivery 

Compensation: $10 per hour + Tips paid out in a paycheck bi-weekly
